Acceptance

"  Acceptance Fashion "mean consumer acceptance. It implies that consumes must buy & wear. A style to make it  a fashion. It is said that there's no fashion if nobody buys it. Acceptance by a large number of people makes a fashion important. 
For example bow ties, tapered jeans are & will always be styles but they can only be called fashion, when they become prevailing styles.
