The American - style "Outlet Stores " concept arrived in the 1990s. Outlet Store are generally located in out of town sties in from of purpose - built shopping centers selling a wide range of discounted designer level, middle market and mass market products price are low because most of the merchandise on sale is form previous seasons enabling desiger level appearance in their stranded stores.
